WHAT TO WATCH FOR

Did getting benched help Brady?
I find it hard to believe Quinn is going to be as bad as Anderson has been. But when Anderson was in the game there was at least a threat of going down field. I'm sure Brady is a smart enough guy to realize he has to be able to let go and take chances. I don't think Brady is our guy, but it sure would be nice for him to play well for the final eight games and prove me wrong.

Will the team look "over worked"?
So Jamal Lewis thinks the team is over worked. I call shenanigans on that. He says they are being worked too hard in these three-hour practices. Two thoughts. First, the Browns are awful. They need to be running four- and five-hour practices. Second, for all of you that played sports in high school, I remember rolling out of bed at 6:30 a.m. going to class all day, then going to football practice for three hours, then having to do homework. I'm willing to bet Jamal rolls out of bed at 10 a.m., gets a massage, goes to the training room to pick up his fresh practice uniform and then does some half-speed contact drills. Suck it up, quit shuffling through the hole and retire so we can have your cap space.

Did the Browns Learn anything the last time around?
The Browns got crushed last game against the Ravens. Most teams would be able to make some adjustments and make the rematch more competitive, if not winnable. Do I think the Browns win this game? No. But I do hope the Browns find a way to compete.

Hopefully Daboll wasn't on vacation
I hope Brian Daboll stayed in Berea 24/7 during the bye week. I also hope he had an "ah-ha" moment and realized he has an under-utilized weapon in Josh Cribbs. He should have a nice set of plays put together for the Ravens game on Monday night. GET CRIBBS HIS TOUCHES!

Ray Rice vs. Browns' front seven
Rice has been an impressive offensive weapon this season. Through eight games, Rice has 573 yards rushing and 436 yards receiving. Quite a dual threat, to say the least. The Browns have been horrible against the run. Remember the first meeting against the Ravens? On Baltimore's three rushing touchdowns, two by Willis McGahee and one by Ray Rice, not a single Browns defender touched the ball carrier.

Browns' front seven vs. Ravens offensive line
The Ravens have allowed 16 sacks in eight games and quarterback Joe Flacco has seven interceptions. The Browns have shown their ability to get to the opposing quarterback at times. Rookie right tackle and future movie star Michael Oher should be matched up with Kamerion Wimbley. The Browns need to put pressure on Flacco to slow down the Balitmore offense and it starts with Wimbley.

Mohamed Massaquoi and Brian Robiskie vs. Fabian Washington and Domonique Foxworth
Browns rookie wide receivers have shown flashes of brilliance, but in the end they're still learning to play the position at the professional level. If Brady Quinn is to have success in his second go-around against Balitmore, Massaquoi and Robiskie are going to need to beat Washington and Foxworth and make plays. That brings us to...

Brady Quinn vs. himself
Quinn returns to the starting quarterback role he lost in the Browns first game against the Ravens. The game is must-see television for Browns fans to see if Quinn has changed or if scouting for the team's next franchise quarterback begins on Tuesday. The Ravens defense is good, but it has lost a step and if Quinn is going to be a starting NFL quarterback, he needs to show it Monday night.

Jamal Lewis vs. Ray Lewis
Jamal Lewis has been grumpy in the off week. The Ravens allowed Jamal Lewis to leave for Cleveland so maybe some payback is in store? Lewis has shown signs this season he has something left in the tank. The Browns running backs have zero touchdowns this season. The Browns two rushing touchdowns are by Derek Anderson. For the Browns to have a chance, they must establish the run, which is something opponents have been able to do this season against the Ray Lewis-led defense. Run hard, Jamal. Run mad.
