Time for NoLogoNeeded.com's weekly look on the race to the bottom, or top, depending on how you view things.
Entering Week 10, there was a five-way tie for the No. 1 overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Well, Kansas City dropped out of the club as the Chiefs went out and defeated Oakland 16-10 last Sunday with the help of Darrius Heyward Bey. Thankfully, Cleveland, Detroit, St. Louis and Tampa Bay kept pace with each other.
Seven games remain and four teams are in a battle for No. 1:
T-1. Cleveland (1-8)
Detroit (1-8)
St. Louis (1-8)
Tampa Bay (1-8)
T-5. Kansas City (2-7)
Oakland (2-7)
T-7. Buffalo (3-6)
Seattle (3-6)
Tennessee (3-6)
Washington (3-6)
It looks as if the Browns have the inside track on that No. 1 overall pick. At 1 p.m. Sunday, the Browns can take a one-game lead on last year's No. 1 team, the Lions, as the two battle this Sunday at Detroit's Ford Field.
If the Browns continue their consistent play, a loss is sure to happen. Meanwhile, St. Louis plays host to Arizona and Tampa Bay plays host to New Orleans.
And then there were three?
